Terminal Insertion

At Miles Platts we have 24 terminal and insertion machines which offer high-volume pinning capabilities and the utmost flexibility. We have a wide range of automatic wire insertion machines including automatic bowl feeders which allow us to produce high volumes of extremely accurately pinned bobbins and coil formers which have been manufactured to the most exacting tolerances.

We have a wide selection of standard terminal designs available for insertion, alternatively, we can offer our design expertise to create new style terminals which can incorporate features such as solder free PCB terminals or IDC connections.

Our capabilities include both “post-inserted” pins and “moulded in” pins dependent on your requirements and the desired application.
