Miles Platts coil bobbins for inch laminations are manufactured in a wide range of UL-certified high-performance engineering polymers and are available with lead-free terminals or pins. Our range of coil bobbins for inch laminations have increased mechanical resistance for more effective electrical isolation. As we use high-performance prime polymers in all of our precision moulded coil bobbins we can ensure higher resistance for more efficient performance in high-temperature and high-power environments.
We have four range styles in our collection of coil bobbins for inch laminations with a wide selection of TBS 900 series termination options depending on your requirements and the desired application.
Our selection of coil bobbins for inch laminations are available in both UK and US sizes and are available in Nylon 66 as standard, alternative materials are available on request.
A Range Lamination Coil Bobbins
Our A range lamination coil bobbins are designed with improved bobbin flange strength, having deeper wire channels and offering interchangeable terminal strips in 4 positions. Compatible with TBS 900 terminals.
K Range Lamination Coil Bobbins
Miles Platts K range lamination coil bobbins are suitable for flying leads and are available in single section (SS, 2FL) and double section (DS, 3FL) versions. Not available with terminals.
L Range Lamination Coil Bobbins
Our L range lamination coil bobbins are available with flying lead connections and without terminals, they are designed for large laminations and robust construction. Not available with terminals.
S Range Lamination Coil Bobbins
Miles Platts S range lamination coil bobbins are available as single section, double section and split double section versions. Designed to accept solder and PCB terminals.
